    frequent checks

The charming schoolhouse architecture of this Tapestry location transports one back in time, while the wide hallways make it easy for seniors to navigate. Everything feels thoughtfully designed for comfort and accessibility.

More frequent staff assistance needed for seniors.

    schoolhouse architecture
    comfortable bed
    friendly staff
    missing amenities
    limited local information

Tapestry offers a unique charm with its original schoolhouse architecture combined with modern amenities. My King Room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and excellent shower facilities. The location is ideal, just a short walk away from the bustling 16th St Mall, which made it convenient for my business needs. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.

Some standard amenities were lacking, like a business center and printed local maps.

    delicious breakfast
    comfy library chairs
    limited parking

The breakfast was delicious, and I really enjoyed the comfy chairs in the library area for some quiet time. There’s a nice pool and a relaxing spa that made it easy to unwind after a long day. I did wish there was more parking, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

    Exceptional Experience in Downtown Denver!

My stay was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond, especially in the restaurant where Cary and Gabrielle made me feel truly welcomed. The clean, well-maintained King Room was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Pro tip, don't miss out on their delicious breakfast before hitting the town!

    comfortable bed
    high ceilings
    fun decor
    lacking amenities
    minimal standard features

Room was very comfortable and modern. The bed had soft pillows, and I slept great! High ceilings and large windows made it feel spacious and airy. The historical school decor was a fun touch, like the chalkboard in the room. It felt quiet too, didn't hear much from outside. Just a heads up, some standard amenities were a bit lacking, but it didn't ruin the vibe. Overall a solid stay!

The Slate Hotel had a unique charm as it is housed in a renovated old school, combining historic architecture with modern comforts. My room was cozy and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and a lovely mountain view. The convenience of a 24-hour snack shop was perfect for late-night cravings!

Limited breakfast options could be improved.

    unique building
    clean atmosphere
    slow service
    limited variety
    average food

The design of the transformed building is impressively unique, merging modern styles with historical elements. The gym was well-equipped and ideal for a quick workout. Housekeeping provided exceptional service, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. However, the food options could have been more diverse, and the bar service was slower than expected. Overall, the ambience felt peaceful, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a quiet retreat.
